Anne LaMantia
Office Manager

The face and voice of Mid-Atlantic Inspection Services, Anne brings nearly a decade of office management experience to our team. She juggles many responsibilities-scheduling inspections, fielding phone calls and questions, and strengthening client relationships-to make every experience as seamless as possible.

Before joining Mid-Atlantic Inspection Services, Anne was Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Gary H. Silver Architects, in New York. In that role, she honed her skills managing day-to-day operations, marketing, and new business development for the 10-person full service architectural firm.

As a part of the Mid-Atlantic Inspections team, Anne is able to combine a personal interest in architecture and real estate development with her strong desire to work for a small, local business-all while having the chance to take an intimate look at a real estate market she has watched for many years from afar.

Born overseas, Anne grew up in Cleveland Park and attended St. John's College High School, where she met her husband Matt. After a number of years in Manhattan, Anne, Matt—and their dog Leo—are thrilled to now explore the Takoma, DC neighborhood as homeowners.
