We believe our pricing structure should be as straightforward and easy-to-understand as the information we provide. That’s why our fees are based on the complexity of the inspection we perform, rather than a percentage of the home's listed sales price.

We’ll take into account the square footage of the property, age of the home, and specific information about the systems we’ll assess and provide a price that is fair and makes sense for everyone.
